Location & Directions

The 2018 GPTS Spring Theology Conference will take place at Woodruff Road Presbyterian Church in Simpsonville, SC. The main sessions will be in the sanctuary, and other special events will take place in classrooms throughout the building. Catered meals will be served in the Gymnasium. The Conference bookstore will be housed in the Gymnasium as well. The church facility is easily accessible from I-85, and there is ample parking for conference attendees. There are also many restaurants nearby to the church. Please note that pre-conference activities will take place at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, 200 E. Main St. Taylors, SC 29687.

Food & Lodging

Conference attendees may register for catered meals on Tuesday (Dinner) and Wednesday (Lunch) at time of registration, though these are optional. There is a wide variety of restaurants on Woodruff Road and nearby to the church. Conference attendees are responsible for their own lodging arrangements, though we are happy to help!

We have made special arrangements with the following local hotels: Hilton Greenville ($130/night), Marriott Courtyard ($160/night), and Drury Inn ($130/night). Please contact Mrs. Kathleen Curto (registrar@gpts.edu) or call the Seminary (864.322.2717) for more information.

Where is the 2018 Conference?

The conference itself will be held at Woodruff Road Presbyterian Church in Simpsonville, SC. How much does it cost to attend the 2018 Conference?

We try to make registration simple and affordable. Pricing for the 2018 Conference includes registration, but not the optional catered meals or lodging. We have made special arrangements with local hotels. See our "Food & Lodging" section (above) for more information.

The full pricing schedule is available on our Registration Page. There are special rates listed for wives, students, student wives, and youth over the age of 12 years old. The early-bird registration rate ($90) will expire after 2/3 (price jumps up to $120), and there is a final jump in price after 3/12 (to $125). Please contact advancement@gpts.edu for more information about discount eligibility and codes.
