William Still said the work of pastor is "the greatest work ever given to man." The goal of this great work is "to lead God’s people to offer themselves up to Him in total devotion of worship and service." If this is correct, and it surely is, then every pastor ought to pay close attention to how and why he leads God’s people. Ian Hamilton is eminently qualified to speak to this most important topic and will spend the week instructing and encouraging pastors and elders in pastoral leadership -- leading the flock into greener pastures of worship and service for their temporal and eternal good and the honor of our Triune God.
